Adding your name/email to the Pre-Order notification system does not promise that you will be reserved an item when the items are released. It will add you into a queue of names that we go through in chronological order. We do try our best to fulfill all Pre-Orders for our customers. Unfortunately, the manufacturer's do release limited runs of some items or limited initial releases.
When the items are en-route to us or have arrived in our warehouse, we will start to send out email notifications in the Pre-Order system. That notification e-mail will provide you with a link to pay for and ensure you receive the item. You will have a 2-hour window after receiving the Pre-Order email notification to reserve your item. After 2 hours, we will continue down the list to the next customer in line.
If you cannot pay for the item upon receipt of the email that the item is available, you will need to contract the store to make arrangements to hold the item or put down a down payment on the item. We cannot hold un-paid items. If you need to cancel a Pre-Order, please contact us to do so or do so via the link at the top of the page.
Some manufacturers have Pre-Order deadlines to guarantee product delivery. In order to improve your receipt of an item listed as Pre-Order on our website, you will want to Pre-Order it before the deadline listed. This Pre-Order deadline is listed on the manufacturer's page as well and helps us know how many to order to help ensure our customers all receive the items they wish to buy. Please reference their websites for these dates, we have provided the links to the manufacturer's websites below. We still accept orders after these dates, however you have a better chance if pre-ordering before these dates to receive the product.

Reminder - there is a very high possibility that the expected release date will change or be delayed. We have no control over this, so please reference the manufacturer's websites to monitor these changes. We do not always have time to go back and change these dates but will do so when possible.
Some pre-orders will require a non-refundable down payment. (The amount of this deposit will vary by product, but is usually around 10%). This amount will be applied to the purchase when the item is available. In the event that the manufacturer has any issues or does not deliver the product, the amount will be refunded via a WRH Gift Card/Store Credit. When an item arrives that has a deposit on it, payment on the balance must be paid within 48 hours upon receipt of the notification email, or arrangements of payment must be made with us. If this has not been done after 48 hours, the deposited amount will be forfeited.

Train Pre-Order ETA and Deadlines:
When Pre-Order train items are initially added to the website - they are added with the original ETA Date listed by the manufacturer when the item is initially announced. If it is past the listed ETA date - please check the manufacturer's website for any updates on the release date.
